Redesigned Navigation + Ask Your League Assistant About Playoff Odds
announcement · feature
Two updates shipped this week that change how you move around the app and what your AI assistant can tell you.
Collapsible Sidebar Navigation
The horizontal tab bar at the top of every league dashboard is gone. In its place is a collapsible left sidebar that groups the app's sections into logical clusters: Analyze (Overview, Outlook), Manage Team (Rosters, Trades, Calculator, Waivers), Draft (Draft, Draft Prep, Live Draft), and League (Commissioner). The League Assistant leads, ungrouped at the top.
On desktop the sidebar is open by default with a toggle to collapse it. On mobile it's hidden behind a hamburger button and slides in as an overlay. Collapsing the sidebar gives you more horizontal room for the data-heavy tables and charts — useful on smaller screens.
The sidebar also consolidates two things that used to live in the header: a league switcher that lists all your leagues and lets you jump between them without going back to the home screen, and a "Viewing as" dropdown to switch the highlighted owner in any league.
League Assistant: Playoff Odds and Season Projections
The League Assistant could already answer questions about trades, waivers, standings, draft history, and roster valuations. But until now it had a blind spot: the future. Questions like "what are my playoff odds?" or "who's the title favorite?" either got refused or answered by eyeballing the standings.
The assistant now has access to the same Monte Carlo season simulation that powers the Outlook tab. Ask it anything about where the season is heading:
- "What are my playoff odds?"
- "Who's the title favorite in our league?"
- "Can I still make the playoffs if I go 2-2 the rest of the way?"
- "What's my projected final win total?"
The response gives every team's playoff percentage, championship odds, current record, and projected final win total — ranked by title odds by default, or focused on a single owner when you ask about yourself.
For completed seasons, the assistant returns actual final standings and the champion, explicitly labeled as results rather than projections.
Open the League Assistant and ask about your playoff chances.
