How the start/sit check works

Enter your Sleeper username, pick your league, and open the This Week tab. We pull your roster, your opponent, and this week's projections from the Sleeper API, then score every player under the scoring settings your league actually uses: PPR or half PPR, TE premium, custom bonuses, all of it. The check walks your lineup slot by slot and calls out any starting spot where someone on your bench projects for more points.

Why your league settings decide start/sit calls

Most start/sit advice is written for a league you are not in. A tight end in a TE premium league, a possession receiver in full PPR, or a rushing quarterback in a league with six-point passing touchdowns can each swing a decision by several points. Scoring the projection under your own settings is the difference between advice about your matchup and advice about someone else's.

From lineup lock to final whistle

The same screen follows the matchup once games start: live points for both lineups and an updating scoreboard, so the tab you set your lineup in is the tab you sweat the game in.
