Sleeper Draft Grades and Draft Board
Every pick in every draft your league has ever run, graded. We score each selection on VORP (value over replacement at the position) against the real pool that was on the board, then grade it twice: once on what it looked like on draft day and once on how it actually turned out.

How draft grading works
For each pick we compute the value the selected player provided over a replacement-level player at the same position, then compare that against every other player still on the board at that moment. A pick is a steal when better value was not available, and a reach when it was. Grades roll up per team into a report card so you can see who drafted well over a whole class, not just who hit on one lottery ticket.
Two grades, because both are true
The draft-day grade asks whether the pick was defensible with the information available at the time. The revisionist grade asks whether it worked. Good process can still lose, and a lucky reach is still a reach. Showing both keeps the league arguments honest.
Every season, automatically
We trace your league back through its previous seasons on Sleeper and grade every draft in the chain, so a dynasty league that started in 2019 gets every rookie class scored without you entering anything.
Frequently asked questions
- What is VORP?
- Value Over Replacement Player: how much more fantasy production a player provided than a freely available replacement at the same position. It is what makes grades comparable across positions.
- Are draft grades free?
- Yes. Draft grades and the draft board are free and need no account. Enter your Sleeper username and pick a league.
- Why does a pick have two different grades?
- One grade scores the decision at the time it was made, against the players who were still on the board. The other scores the outcome, using what the player actually produced afterwards.
- Does it grade dynasty rookie drafts?
- Yes. Rookie drafts, dynasty startups, keeper drafts, and standard redraft drafts are all graded, for every season in your league history.
